With over 30 years of combined experience, the partners of Tryton Solutions have solid credentials to be leaders in the Information Technology (IT) industry. Headquartered in Farmington, Connecticut, we deliver excellence using our proven recruiting methodologies. We provide qualified candidates to our clients nationwide on a contract, contract to hire, and a direct-hire basis.
National presence allows Tryton to partner with principal accounts with multiple locations. Because we invest in building strong customer relationships, we understand their business goals and offer solutions for their staffing requirements. | Pamela Buckwold is a Senior Account Executive and Founding Member of Tryton Solutions. Her priority is establishing new business. She has extensive, successful sales and management experience and has been responsible for IT client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, especially in the healthcare and financial service industries. She is a Registered Rep, including Series 6 and 63, and has owned a small financial services company since 1992. She graduated with a BA in Business from University of Northern Iowa and a Masters in Business Education from Oregon State University. She began her career teaching business primarily at the post secondary level for six years and then held various sales management positions, the founder of an office equipment company in CA and a security device company in AZ. |
| Michelle Frank is a Senior Account Executive and Founding Member of Tryton Solutions. Her focus is on establishing new business and growing accounts. Michelle has a successful sales career that spans close to 15 years in various industries – data and telecommunication equipment, chemical sales, promotional advertising goods, software and IT services - both supplemental and project based on and offshore. She has worked for companies, as well as, owned her own company. Employers include Timeplex, State Chemical and Keane. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Elon University. |
| Moira Swallow is a founding member of Tryton Solutions and the Director of Recruiting. She is responsible for all recruiting activities from management of the recruiting staff to hands-on sourcing and placement of candidates. Her focus is mainly on Information Technology positions, where she has placed entry-level to CEO candidates in both consulting and full-time positions on a national level. Moira has spent most of her career in the IT consulting industry, with experience in both business development and recruiting. In addition, she has hired, mentored and trained other recruiters. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Fairfield University. |
